Dean will disagree, but all of his choices have not worked out thus far.

Sign a vet: Fitzpatrick got hurt Week 1 (as Sty predicted) and is now out of the league.
Trade for a starter: Wentz was a disaster and was cut. He is out of the league.
Start a rookie: Howell starts Week 1. We don't know what will happen.

Rivera's biggest problem is the failure to acquire and develop a QB. It will be the biggest strike against him when he is dismissed.

I remember it well. Back then you could not watch a lot of college football but UCLA was one of the teams you could watch. Beban was a pretty big deal in college. The trade was made and I was hopeful but not sure it was a good move. In the end he was Heath Shuler way before Heath.

Kelce is a hell of a TE but Hill was a hell of a WR and they won the SB without him. Reid is a great offensive coach and Mahomes is one of if not the best QBs in the league. I hope EB brings a ton of that coaching ability to Washington.
