That thread title just doesnt do justice like Redskins @ Cowboys would. Sorry if Im offending anyone with the use of that team name. I mean no harm. Just an old football fan that has a lot of memories of this game growing up. Interesting few weeks coming up for our Cowboys. Im wondering if we have a new coach next week at this time. I would like to finish the season on a good note though.

if McCarthy is fired I don't think we will have a new coach by next week. That doesn't get Jerry the publicity he needs. Probably announced the morning of the Super Bowl

I think McCarthy probably keeps his job and Jerry says "this time, we are REALLY all in", and then has the exact same off-season as last year, down to waiting to extend Micah until it costs $5M per year more than it should. I also think that Lance will get in the 2nd half, and besides Lamb who is not playing, Cooks, Tolbert, Turpin, Dowdle and Ferguson are all taken out of the game at that point so that the Cowboys can evaluate Lance going against Washington's starters while throwing to Mingo, Flournoy and Princeton Fant

Cooper Rush is within at $52.5% of the snaps. If he plays the entire game and gets to 55%, his bonus kicks in from $250K to $500K. I'm pretty sure Lance is in by the 2nd half kickoff lol

This is a likely scenario. This team can't even lose properly.

I think this is about Jerry being cheap lol. Rush gets a $500K bonus if he gets 65 snaps Sunday. I am happy Lance is getting to play, but it really sucks that he won't get a shot with Lamb and a fuller deck. Rush got beat 41-7 last week, this might be more of the same
