Micah is awesome.
Lance looking pretty good so far lol. If only we could cut the stupid ass penalties
keep in mind there should have been a sure INT against Lance that the skins simply dropped.
I know your excited for Lance, but....

I know you hate Lance, but the ball that was almost picked was tipped. If that's your critique its a little unfair, as usual

I dont hate Lance. (I just know you get really excited for him) In fact once we traded for him. I was hoping for the miracle that you promote.
I just am not fooling myself. He isnt the guy you hope for.
In fact I am hoping he kills it today & we beat the skins, even though that works against us.
If he did kill it today. Wouldnt change anything. He will still be the Matt Flynn of the NFL.

BTW I can only see the game on Redzone, So if it were tipped. I wasnt aware of that. It just showed a pass directly to the defender before kicking the FG. So if so. My bad. :yo:

i wish we still had the Europe league Lance might have benefited from more playing time. That’s one idea the NFL fumbled IMO. UFL is not the same imo
It won’t matter but JMHO

No worries Bro. Yeah it was hit, deflected to defender, probably why he dropped it.
I've never said Lance could be anything but maybe Justin Fields, a fringe starter, solid backup, and short yardage change up. But I could be wrong, I do see talent. Do you realize if you combine college and pro throws, rookie Jayden Daniels is about 2000, Lance about 400? I see guys destroy the kid after the 5 INT game, but we threw it 50 times that game and didn't have a starting WR/TE play. I would just like to see him get the chance to prove that I'm wrong about him

I said the same exact thing. The current spring league would be great for him, as it was for Turpin. Experience

I havent thought much about him even in college. Some of the reason is what you point out. He hadnt played much. When the niners traded up for him I instantly said that was a mistake & would get someone fired. They got a reprieve when they also got Mr. Irrelevant.
Hoping for an athletic Qb turns into a top notch QB is a tall order & that GM/Coach is usually left wanting.

I think I see him like some on here see Mazi. If Mazi had been a 2nd or 3rd rounder, he would look much better now developing into a solid starter. Picking Lance 3rd overall made him look like a horrible bust

Worst throw of the day for Lance on the last play of the half. Still, going against a Washington team with a lot to play for and missing Lamb, it wasn't bad

Not bad at all. Not sure what in the hell we were doing throwing two passes on 3rd and 4rth down there at the end of the half. Left points on the field for sure. Tolbert and Luepke definitely flashing on offense. Impressed with Pride on Defense too. Playing hard. Too many presnap penalties but hanging in there

Washington is way overrated. And benefited from a last place schedule. Any good team they faced, they lost except getting lucky against the Egirls.

When we got him for a 4th. I was hoping he would become good enough to become our Back up. Unless we are grooming a back up to be our future. I like athletic back ups. They can move chains & avoid 3 & outs with their legs. But also know they will always be a back up.
If grooming a guy. I want him with QB smarts & passing ability. What Qbs should be judged by.
In our situation. It has become clear. He will not beat out Rush. Which means he will not stay & I dont think we can trade him now.
So today is just more of a favor for him to showcase himself for a team next year. Dont see him a Cowboy next year.

Play calling was horrible. Two corner throws lol when you have Luepke plowing them in short yardage

Yeah, they never cared about developing him. Today is about saving money on Rush by costing him his bonus
