People are also mad at the Leafs because they didn't pay for a private barber for Wayne Simmonds (they couldn't just bring a guy in to do just his hair as he'd have to quarantine for two weeks everytime he went to do it which nobody would do for free).

Also, given how pissy every other shitty cheap team got about other things the Leafs did to help their players (like open their practice facility so guys could skate in the summertime, EVEN PLAYERS FROM OTHER TEAMS WHO LIVE IN TO IN THE OFFSEASON) I'm sure there'd be some stupid NHL rule against the Leafs doing that just for one guy.
