Sullivan’s style would fit perfectly in Columbus right now. It no longer works with a slow old team.

I like his approach that is organization wide. All levels play the same system so when you need to you can move players around and not miss a beat. Vincent is building it, but Sullivan is great at it. He also builds structure around the talent he has better than most.

Still pissed off we went with Torts when we had Jared Bednar in Cleveland ready for his shot. He's one of the few I think is better than Sully at it (Cooper is another). And we lost him for nothing.
