Maybe hire ANYONE in the organization who can make sense of analytics and actually watches games? Seems crazy but I actually do it on a really part-time basis.

Surely there can't be anyone who independently evaluates players and can still understand stats after the fact.

The Oilers are a joke and that tweet is just as baseless.
