RFA's cannot sign NMC's, thus why McD/Drai/RNH don't have any.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the CBA only allows you to retain max 50% of a player's salary - Thus, the Oilers could eat $3 million of Looch's 6 million per season.

I hope the next CBA is a lot simpler. Too many rules. Next you will tell me an RFA cant get a NMC
