I don't think that's nearly enough, I mean the guy is just a shade under a ppg average for his career, the Oilers will want a boatload in return.

This is so weird, Edmonton actually in contention for something.lol - Pretty much, but I think McLellan is the clubhouse leader for the Oilers coaching job.

The thing is, McDavid is going to help just by pushing guys down a line (I mean whether you keep RNH as your 1st line centre or push him down to the 2nd line moves Draisaitl down to the 3rd line, which is probably where he should have been all along). Just that alone makes the Oilers a better team.
/Still have defense and goalie issues to resolve, though.
too bad he'll have to face his Cassels Kryptonite
I have a feeling Draisaitl is going to wind up being a Jordan Staal-esque player, someone teams think will be capable of being a second liner and giving the Oil a bounty for. Until then, he'll probably make a pretty decent third line C.The thing is, McDavid is going to help just by pushing guys down a line (I mean whether you keep RNH as your 1st line centre or push him down to the 2nd line moves Draisaitl down to the 3rd line, which is probably where he should have been all along). That would be quite the thing if Cassels makes the Canucks next season and lines up against McDavid.
