I think the new coach bump is a real thing - Guys want to show the new guy behind the bench what they can bring to the table. Let's see how the Canucks are doing at the 20 game mark next season.

in this case with Bruce, its amplified because he did such a bad job holding players accountable. They introduce the smallest semblance of accountability and structure and they start playing well ... who knew ... they should have waited lol

we will see if this yo yo of going hard ass coach to players coach is over now ...they may have found their guy because from what I can tell Tocchet is a very good communicator

All I know is that Kadri and Huby need to deliver much better seasons after that very poor showing from both last season. They helped get rid of Sutter, no excuses now.
