I don't have it anymore, but I got an Andre Boudrias autograph when the Canucks held a mini-camp in Medicine Hat one year.

back when I was a season ticket holder, the canucks held a big event for us at the garage when FA bought the team. They had alumni and an amazing food buffet and all you paid for was beer. They even had Bill Ranford there as a canucks alumni which I never understood but man was it cool to meet him. They also had the Stanley Cup where we could have our pictures taken professionally for free as well (this is where I think I cursed us forever) . I got to meet FA and talk to him pretty in depth as a fan... He asked me what I was looking for in an owner and I said "dont meddle, leave the hockey decisions to the hockey people" he smiled that Aquilini smile and said "understood, enjoy the night"

well that went out the freaking window... lol

The pic that possibly cursed us .. I'm sorry

Never touch the cup (unless you’ve won it).

I blame you too :)

was wondering who the hell would buy these.
clicked on one with a single bid to see what the starting price was (expecting 10 bucks or so)

$250 for a Zibanejad goal puck. what the ever-loving fuck?
regular season game, in a forgettable season for both teams. wow

I have one game puck that was used for a Flames vs Canucks game in 2002. I flew to Calgary for that game on a whim by myself and got glass seats for about $35. 2 beers and a hotdog was roughly $15 total. Was such a good time. Cloutier was on the bench and Skudra in net. I was so loud even Clouts was giving me the shush finger and laughing. I was the only Canuck fan in my section and many players from the team would take time to skate past and tap the glass where I was (no I was not a glass banger)

at the end of the game They did not pull over the visiting player cover for some reason (maybe because there were barley any fans there) and I was hanging over getting high fives from every Canuck Skudra came up next and reached up grabbed my arm and pulled me close and put the game puck in my hand.

when the game was over I got on the C-Train and all these guys started talking to me saying I was on the jumbotron all night. then I hit the bars and so many people said they saw me on TV lol

I then got a call from my brother in Terrace and his story goes like this

He was in the kitchen making a drink and his friend yells out
"Rob, there is some crazy Canuck fan on the TV at the Flames game, he may get punched out"
my brother runs to the TV
"that's my fucking brother"

god damn that was fun. I remember the flight was $120, Ticket $35, Beer and Hotdog $15 and still cheaper than one ticket to a Canucks game at the time. Memory Priceless......
