His time was short in Ottawa but I actually really liked his game when he was there. Gritty, skates pretty well, has decent hands and a great motor. IMO he could evolve into a really good 3rd liner with a little opportunity.

I have no idea why Ottawa would walk away from this guy but sign Matthew Peca. Just terrible.

Yah i saw the 7 points in 11 games. Saw also he was a high scorer in junior. The canucks wanted to draft him in 2014 alledgedly. some upside i think and maybe even playing up into the top 6 on occasion as opposed to loui. Gotta make the team first though lol

Was over a PPG in the AHL in his last half season there too. Top 6 might be a streeeetch but who knows. Hopefully he does well in Vancouver.
