his first year with Boston wasnt the greatest after moving from dallas ... they have to hope he turns it around next season ... maybe get him someone to play with the whole season instead of moving him around ... maybe get him on the first unit pp with Sedins at the least ... better deployment .. maybe get a better coach

That's pretty much my justification. I don't think he's done, just has some settings in wrong positions.
