The "young players" he speaks of IS solely EP40.

Filling in the parts that are floating around (that I believe) that Allvin mostly doesnt want to mention because it indicts the management group and their role in all of this ... they told JT to "toughen Petey up" and he rode Petey hard because he felt EP40 was letting the team down. Something went too far (and the entire player group thought it went too far) to the point that Garland and Myers (who were big JT guys) told him he needed to stop what he was doing ... and then JT was like ... fuck all you guys Im outta here

The trying to force his way out wasn't the worst part of it, it was the fact that he was constantly in front of the media saying he wanted to stay and make it work, while he had a plane waiting for him to take him away immediately. He tried to play the victim in public while manipulating the situation behind closed doors. If he didn't want to be here, fine. Go away. But he went too far.
