The Canucks defense looks good though bordering on great when Quinn Hughes is in the lineup. Signing Lankinen was a fantastic signing as well. The team just has trouble scoring goals (much like the Flames). Maybe that's why they are so close in the standings, both teams have a lot of similar qualities lol.

i like the defense alot. This franchise can never balance this team out. it is very frustrating.

I feel like it’s Canucks brass who are slow to realize how things are going to play out. Boeser should have been traded is just the most recent example. Look at the Avs - they sent Rantanen packing and are probably better off for it. Youve got to have the balls to go big and unfortunately for Canucks fans management doesn’t need a wheel barrow in that department. In todays NHL, it’s better to go big and strike out than be perpetually stuck in the middle.
