I've said it many times, a player "needing" to learn a language to play in a city is kind of dumb to me (though I'm not a minority nor do I think my language is a huge part of my cultural identity) but the flip side is he is 23 and did just get 63 million so its not a huge request...

Awful. I have relatively frequent insomnia and probably have little/no sleep once a month or so. No fun but no huge deal. But if it happens a few nights in a row, I can get loopy.
