Pat the punter is a real nut case and a bit of a celebrity around here. He has had some spectacular hits in games when other have failed to stop the return man. Guy was fined for jumping into the canal naked and drunk a couple of years ago. He seems to like the ladies and they like him, but you never know for sure, eh?

My buddy (a huge Vikings fan) went to see them when they played the Titans years ago and was given a lockerroom pass by an AP photog. So he wanders in there and the first thing he said he saw was 375 lb. DT Jerry Ball come out of the showers flapping in the wind. Why don't those guys use a damn towel?

That was Pat. We have a beautifully lit canal in a park at the center of the city. Looks fairly clear, but I am sure it is filthy at the bottom. You know, pastel lighting. Replica of the USS Indianapolis. Nice walkway and park benches.

Pat got hammered and took off his clothes and jumped in (guess his lady friend held them) and was arrested by the police within a matter of seconds. He was either fined by the league or the team. Cannot remember which. He has his own show now. Guess that tells you a bit about the mindset around here. The guy is pretty funny though.

This is just overblown political correct bullshit. So he tweeted a pix of Luck....so the fuck what. 30 years ago, we all would have laughed. Only the old assed grey haired hall monitors would have been all flustered.

Yeah, he actually is a hoot. Self deprecating and appealing humor. He is close to the top statistically in his position as punter. Some guys have a slightly longer average or pin them inside the 20 with a bit more frequency, but when we need a great punt the most the guy always seems to come through.
