For the Eagles it seems to be a bit if both... Smith being in for one... some of the DB's as well. Previous drive was 2nd string O-line I think.

Yeah... fully agree and the play was already being whistled dead before Tebow was actually brought down, and #94 initiated his tackle. Pretty much how they have been calling it for a while now, at least for those QB's that make money for the NFL.
