I'm not buying this BS speculation about draft day. Jay has been here for 6 years now and is surprised that a player that he wanted wasn't drafted by the team? Now that's some top of the boot bull-shit!! Like every other organization there are going to be disagreements on whom to draft. Those disagreements have to be settled somehow and usually there's the one guy in the room who has final say.

Ok, Ok, I get it Dan Snyder is that guy here in D.C., but Jay knew that too, he had to right? Six years is a long time to NOT know this!! So, he's unhappy with the choice, and?? Get the fuck over it, and do your job as a professional head coach or admit that you're not giving everything that you have to get the best out of these young men who have been put in your charge. He's NOT always right about players that he prefers in a draft either, it's possible that instead of getting into his "feelings" and letting the player sense his displeasure, he might have tried to happily work with the young man and make the best of what he had to work with. Who knows, he might have discovered the genuine head coach in himself and subsequently, a way to win some NFL games.
We all have anomalies in our jobs we detest or do not agree with. Doesn't mean we cannot perform to meet or exceed expectations. If this is really true and Jay has pushed Haskins to the side or not given his rookie QB the coaching he deserves, well then, you signed your own firing ticket out of here today if the team is embarrassed once again. I'm thinking today is the day.

For all of you who ragged me for suggesting that this team should have signed Teddy Bridgewater in the off-season. All I'm going to say is....QBR 80.3 CMP% 76.5 Pass Yards 314 Touchdowns 4. Oh yeah and the Saints are 3-0 with him at QB.
