If he is going off of just talent then I think he has Cam Newton too high because a lot of his talent was athletic talent and I don't think that is still there in a way to justify a top 10 ranking.

I'd take Cam out, move Allen and Murray up, put Kirk Cousins at 9 (he can throw one of the nicest balls in the league, I just think he mentally shrinks in big games) and put Tannehill at 10. Rest of the list looks about right.
