True, but I believe he is just being charged with possession, not production. Possession cases typically don't drag the subjects of the content to court.

Not disagreeing on merit, by any means, but I think in this case he has agreed to plead guilty to possession. I'm not trying to sound like eloco here, but that doesn't necessarily mean he wasn't involved in production, but maybe they figured they could put him away long enough on the possession and sex with a minor charges that it didn't matter.

The sex with a minor charge is big too because that could also contribute to not wanting to drag the victims into court.

I was pretty good yesterday.
I was at a company picnic and they had cornhole tables(?) set up. One of the sets was not shellacked - just bare wood and people were complaining how rough it was. Some woman at the table I eating lunch at said something very similar to "When I play cornhole I need it to be smooth so I can slide it in the hole" without any sense she was saying anything amusing whatsoever. I really wanted to at least say something like that is not a proper workplace discussion but I kept quiet and ate my sandwich.

No, I am a model employee and act appropriately at all times.
Like Tuesday some women were standing in the kitchen area listening to how bad one of their co-worker's cats was acting. As I walked by I made a workplace appropriate joke - that bad cats get sent upstate to Cattica. We all laughed and walked back to my desk where I once again thought about the the 20+ years I have until retirement and cried.
