Work sucks and its no fun, at least for most people*. That's why if I ever own my own company or am in charge I plan to have "Sleep In" Wednesdays. Each Wednesday my co-workers** would be allowed to start their work day 90 minutes later than normal. I would end the work day on Friday an hour earlier too. I think that would make for a happier workplace.

These of course would be in addition to previously announced policies like "Ethnic Stereotype Tuesdays" and the annual "Sexual Harassment Amnesty Day".
