The Church was one of my long time favorite bands. Still love the old stuff, just havent really gotten into anything from the last 10 years. I still buy it though, dumb me.

I have travelled to Seattle a couple of times and to Detroit once to see bands that Greg Dulli has fronted.
If I have a musical man-crush - it's on that dude.

I only know Dulli from The Afghan Whigs, always kind of liked them. He once (maybe more) hosted 120 Minutes on MTV with Donal Logue and the two of them were hilarious. And weird.

Kilbey's solo stuff bored usually boired me 20 years ago. No awful, just kind of there. He did have a side project with Grant McKlennan (of The Go-Betweens) called Jack Frost that released a couple good albums.
