Meeting at 11 to go over this nanoparticle luminescence lab I'm teaching next week (it's going to suck), molecular spectroscopy at 2 and quantum mechanics at 3, then a quick workout and home for the evening.

no i have not its very strange I have not gone to tofino being so close.

going through the redwoods was like being in a different world. Ive never seen trees of that size.

No! Ive only been to Canada once and it was for about an hour. I was in Detroit for a wedding and we crossed over into Windsor. Turns out border patrol finds that mighty suspicious!! I'd like to visit more sometime

Have been to Canada many times. The Windsor/Detroit crossings are only 2 hrs away. It's a wonderful country, and visiting used to be easy. Still easy to get into, but much tougher to get back out, thanx to our Homeland Security fascists.
