It's not even that sophisticated. I read an article about his golfing habits.

He will race off right after his shot, before the rest of the group has finished, and miraculously have the perfect lie 40 yards past where everyone saw the ball go.
He will play other people's golf balls, whichever one is best.
He will be the first to play a new course, and because he has the first score, will declare himself club champion.
He will play 9 holes, and extrapolate that to a full course score.
He will submit scorecards when his official Whitehouse calendar will have him nowhere near the course.
And of course declare his own gimmes from ridiculous distances.
