The Indictment actually states on page 1 that lying to the public about winning an election he didn't is actually protected free speech. Then spends 44 more pages explaining all the things he did that *were* illegal. I can say I am emperor of Wyoming. I can't threaten the people who count votes in Wyoming to make votes up, nor can I bribe them.

Fox and all are seizing on that now because the free speech angle was a bad faith argument they hadn't thought of yet. And as soon as they mention the Constitution the mouth breathers go all sideways about their free dumbs. And Fox knows no one who watches them is actually going to read the indictment.
