Did you see Till? That was a great movie and I would strongly recommend anyone who ever ventures into MS to check out the locations with the historical markers about the events.

I read a story once about all the times every single monument to him had been damaged. And it still happens. One of the benefits of this being a federal monument is that it gives it federal protection and makes damaging it a federal crime.
