While it was a terrible four years with Trump as president, America managed to survive and the damage that Trump has done to the Republican party and right wing media is very satisfying. Republicans know they are in trouble going forward as their base are mainly people 60 years and older while young voters (Gen Z and millennials) are becoming more progressive with each passing day. Besides culture wars, what else does the Republican party have to offer? That said, it's no time for complacency, people (especially young people) need to stay engaged and continue to turn out to vote.
