I don't really have a problem with the tag but it'd also be nice to tag the corpomedia's overlords on their accounts.

Basically every paper in Canada is taking money from the feds right now too. Shouldn't there be some sort of tag on their accounts as well? "Funded by X Hedge Fund and also $6 mil/yr from the federal government". Doubt Postmedia will be too fond of that lol

Ordinarily I'd say he doesn't stand a chance because everyone knows going up against Disney's lawyers is one of the great blunders (right up there with starting a land war in Asia and going up against a Sicilian when death is on the line).

But knowing how badly twisted our judiciary has become, I wouldn't be surprised if they let him get away with it.
