He has countless lawyers at this fingertips, to insinuate that he was preplanning this is desperate and weak. He somehow thinks it was a good idea to abuse his position of power (that he obtained through unconstitutional electoral maps) and pick a fight with the top lawyer in the top DA office in the country.
