No major population centers, but they are all (or mostly, I didn't check every one of them) majority African American population that are part of the "Black Belt" region.

If I recall correctly, the term originally referred to the fertile black soil of the area, but later was also used to refer to the population demographics.

That has been that way for a while near Columbus GA and where Jimmy Carter is from.
Along with a huge minority population.

Which a lot of people knew but a lot of people also didn’t and when you hear the guy who controls rates say that they will stay low so fuck it go buy a house a lot of people who were worried did so and may not have locked in which, well, I’m guessing they aren’t having a very merry Christmas.

At the very least he shouldn’t be Governor anymore, and should probably have to sit before a committee and explain exactly what the fuck he was thinking when he said it.
