I love that she's an elected official complaining about a non-elected official serving in his legally appointed position and legally and appropriately creating recommendations and advisory policies that have NO legal authority (as complained about) over the rules governors/state legislators put in place during the pandemic all in a piece of legislation that has NO legal authority to do what it intends to accomplish.

So to be clear.... she is complaining about someone being bad at their job by introducing unpassable legislation complaining about legal authority that someone else doesn't have in the first place.
