How long were you in the country, purpose of your visit, do you have any weapons, do you have any drugs, do you have over 10,000 in cash. I wanted to be a smart ass and say no I’m a little short. Could you loan me the difference but thought the better of it.

I guess trying to satisfy Trump’s request to prevent asylum seekers and drug traffickers or whatever from getting into the US (stop them before they cross the bridge).

Feel like that might work a bit better on some cross border native reserves but, ya know…

he wont stop. Tariffs wont work and we wont submit to his wish to be a 51st state. This is going to end so badly for us in any scenario but I believe he will physically invade and we better hope that NATO steps up.

I guess the question would be if US military members are willing to start an incursion against a fellow NATO country and ally. Of course, if the US decides to leave NATO, then all bets are off.

I dont think so, who knows though. When he was toying with the idea of not leaving office 4 years ago, some military higher ups later made comments that his ass was going to be forcibly removed if he didn't. Is this exactly the same thing? No, but I think, would like to think, someone would step up. His rants are that of a madman, insane we are in the position to even discuss this.

Then again we did elect him again, and no one in his party has the balls to stand up to him so who knows....

that is the part that is up in the air. do they uphold what is right or their orders. even in nato they will follow orders I think. thats why Trump removed the old guard to replace with his people.

I am starting to be a conspiracy theorist partly... what if Ford is pulling this on Trumps orders so Trump can use it as an excuse to pass off to his people that its ok to invade us. This is a serious thought for me now considering Fords support for trump in the past. I really do not think our country is as united as they are showing (alberta aside)
