PP's attack strategy has been completely dismantled with Justin's resignation, of course he's pivoting now calling Mark Carney Carbon Tax Carney and trying to say he's just like Justin, but I don't think people are buying what he's trying to sell.

Any election now is going to be about tariffs and the response to tariffs but any response pretty much has to include removing the carbon tax (and a bunch of other taxes) anyway. If Carney is still going to insist on it in some form it’s going to cost him.

The second the reality of this starts biting the Canadian economy there’s going to have to be almost a complete rebranding of the Liberal image or they’re still going to get smoked and I’m not sure that was ever Carney’s intention.
