I'm still waiting to find out if you ever tracked down the driver with the plate "HABSIN7"?
If my memory is correct, she was pretty too, so if i ever see her again I may see if she wants to take off to new town and start a new life leaving everything behind. Everything but that glorious license plate.

What if you live in an apartment/condo and you don't have a backyard?

Im all for self sufficiency, growing your own food but yah ... chickens in urban neighborhoods seems like a nice way to spread that Avian flu to a populace no longer protected by govt agencies since theyve all been gutted :noidea:

Magats want to go backwards

It's always great journalism when you suggest to the interviewer ways that people can solve the problem themselves rather than asking questions of the government representative on that subject.

Related note - i realized over the weekend I can stop paying for health insurance. I have a pair of scissors and a pretty full liquor cabinet - how hard could it be?!? If I have problems I'll just stuff some eggs in there - at these prices, they must have some kind of medicinal quality.

When I bought my house there was paperwork specifically saying we could not keep chickens in our yards. That amused my wife and I to no end.

Couple thoughts....about more small farms being an issue - do you seriously want to talk about large factory farms being an issue? If so, I'd gladly listen to that. But I bet you dont.

And is the woman on the right on the Klingon High Council?

Don't worry, Comeds. After reviewing your HOA documents, I've added some ag production to the attic including 2 chickens for eggs and a hog. It's not exactly "legal" in the city code, but neither is my phrogging in your neighbors house. Two wrongs make it right! Sneaking downstairs when the owners aren't home to dispose of the excrement is VERY time consuming, but worth it to be a true friend!

In any case, you can expect delivery of a couple eggs each week ("I don't know how these eggs keep arriving on our porch, honey (whispers, "thanks Loco")" and come butchering time in fall I think you are going to be enjoying some pretty, pretty, pretty NICE breakfasts.

I would be surprised if he could even identify all the pieces.
He couldn't even identity all the pieces in the ring stacking toy and all you have is different size rings.

Hey I learned a new word today.

My brother told me about it a few years back. The concept sounds terrifying. The fact it needs it's own word is even wo... oh oh shit, the hog is acting up. Be back later.

Funny, you mention there are state and local regulations in many areas that forbid owning Chickens on your property. I thought they were for letting the states have their state rights? So is she is essentially implying not following local guidelines to fix a federal problem.
