Coburn really was a monster down the stretch and at times in the playoffs. He showed he can really turn it on...and did. The resigning is a great vote of confidence in him and as someone mentioned, it means that Carle will be the one who is dangled.

thats really good news if he has signed an extension.. and i think 4 mil is a legitimate salary for him

at times he's looked like the flyers best dman IMO.. if the coaches could get him to consistantly use he's size he'll be a force.. for spans last year he consistantly used his size and was dominant IMO
