Definitely not the huge coaching gap that was previously in the division. I'm not a big fan of Payton but he will get the best out of whatever Bo Nix can be and he does know how to assemble a solid staff. Harbaugh just knows how to win and is building that team the right way and having Herbert in place means one important step already taken care of. On the bright side, you still have Marc Davis and the Raiders who seemingly can't get it right.

Raiders got to Raider. My big hope is that the ownership in LA ticks Harbaugh off like the 49ers had happen and he decides to leave once again after a few years. Chargers ownership is known as some of the worst in the league. They are cheap, they like to interfere at times, and they struggle to recognize a good thing when they have it.

Raiders might never seem to be able to get everything right but they did draft Brock Bowers. If they suck badly enough this year then they'll fall into a top 2 QB in the next draft. Fairly idiot-proof rebuild.

Yeah, that's true. I was thinking more in regard to the coaching aspect thought. Not sure if they can develop whatever QB they draft properly. At least, not with someone like Pierce. I don't dislike Antonio Pierce. I think he could be a good culture setter but I just don't think he can help a young QB get to where he needs to be. Too much pressure on these kids and bad coaching situations can ruin them before they get a chance.

Huh? (In regards to your Playstation comment)
"He accompanied his friend, a teammate who was trying to sell a Playstation, and when a dude put a gun to his friend's head, he shot the guy dead."

Always overrated, IMO... RB on one of the best offenses in college football of the decade. He wasn't worth a 1st rd picks and at the time KC fans thought any ole player off the block would come in and tear it up in that offense. CEH had speed and quickness in an explosive offense. People over hyped him from the start. He wasn't special.
