Hard to tell by the article if he's ready to pitch as of this very moment. Sounds like he might still be a couple days away, but then again why have him on the roster if he's not ready to go? Regardless, it's good to see the kid back and it also looks like we're not too far away from Liam's return as well.

Regardless, it's good to see the kid back and it also looks like we're not too far away from Liam's return as well.

Crochet has been pitching multiple innings each outing down on the farm. I suspect that means the Sox are converting to a starter with a work up year like this one.

I wish I could say that was a nice win, but if you watched, that 8th inning was just infuriating. TA booting two routine grounders like that. Middleton with a defensive gaffe of his own. The missed opportunities to plate runs earlier on. It was more sloppy bull shit... we just happened to swing the bats well enough that it didn't matter.

I'm glad we won, and I hope it can create some forward momentum into a stretch against the division. But... that was still frustrating, despite the final score.

Lynn pitched well and was reminiscent of his old self. That's one thing that is for certain.

Clev looks awful. Very lucky to only have surrendered one run so far, but that won't continue. Flood gates will open.

Why not - it's almost too late - according to historical standards. But the return of the White Sox long ball is a very good sign.
