I always respected Blount after that because you can tell he knows how to punch. He catches him with the first two knuckles just like you're supposed to. People who don't know how to punch always use the back two knuckles and hurt themselves just as much. But not Blount. He knows how to KO someone.

that is just a rule for the targeting penalty.

Not sure if the ACC, Clemson, or NCAA will suspend him.
