Harb's is covering his tracks because as the vid shows he saw it plain as day and due to this being a Championship game and as Carroll stated when penalty's are handed out they consider it the bench regardless if he is a strength coach etc.

The NFL does not want to deal with this until after the SB though i bet.

But the Niner's will pay for it.

It appears from the video and no one moving except after contact that the people were strategically placed along the sideline and coached not to move for just this reason. They should all be fined. They are forward of the yellow line. If I was Lane I would have taken out Harbaugh, because he was asking to get taken out here. You can see that he barely flinched when Lane came shooting towards him trying to cut to get back in...

True Ref's rarely throw a flag if they are before the yellow line because it happens too fast often,by the way that guy in the sweats is believed to be Quinton Dial.

What round did they draft him? After NFL cracks down on him I wouldn't be surprised to hear if the 49ers cut ties. Call it a last ditch effort for Harbaugh to come out of this looking innocent.
