Yep. Strasburg's missed time in most of his seasons save for 2014 and 2019 (not counting the shutdown in 2012) and has been a fixture on the DL throughout his career. At least he's managed to be very good/great when he has been on the mound (130 ERA+, 32.3 WAR in 1438.2 IP). Prior was awesome but only threw 657 innings over 5 years. Hopefully he can stay on the mound.
