IMO both are gone. At least off the 53. Hardman could easily be added to the PS, IMO.

Toney would be more likely to sign to someone elses PS.

I'm looking at the roster and I think it comes down to whether or not the Chiefs roll with 9 OL or 10 OL.

I do think you're right that Hardman would probably be easily added to PS but I think Chiefs might actually like Hardman enough to keep him around.
