If you are talking about Owens , I don't know. But if about Flowers, I read he didn't fit their defensive scheme. (Serious statement.) They like to let people score 45 points in playoff games. (Sarcasm.) If it weren't for Flowers' injury in that last playoff game, they wouldn't have achieved that goal. I believe he was the straw that broke the camel's back (they had 6 or 7 injuries in the game to starters or injured-in-the-game starters replacements).

No ,just about Flowers . If he goes I believe Owens is the next in line. True on the bolded comment.

We have cap room to sign him if he plays on a one year deal. He was scheduled to make just south of 6 mil this year and he won't see that with his new team. So a one year 4 million dollar contract should get him locked up. Only if he will sign a one year deal if he wants multiple years I'll pass.

This is when I REALLY miss Ray...when specifics and numbers are needed, either he or Pozz came with it in a very clutch way.

No thanks. He is good, but the 9ers are much better at corner than fans believe. In fact they will have to cut a few players as it is. I think Cox and Wright are goners.

From all reports Morris is killing it at camp and might even become the starter.
