Well not necessarily on Williams. It took Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers rest of the team last year working together to lose all those games to ensure Chicago got the #1 overall pick. Had the Panthers just started Andy Dalton they could've been drafting outside of the top 5... @mrschaney
