I agree he should've hustled, but he would've been out by a mile. The Indians got the ball back to the infield in about 12 seconds. I figure they could've gotten the ball to home plate in another second or second and a half. The fastest recorded inside the park HR was 13.95 seconds (Dee Gordon), and there's no way Soler is that fast.

Not saying he was going to make it or is fast by any means. Just saying you always have to run it out because things like that can happen and you never know what could happen when the fielder actually fields the ball and sees the runner hustling the entire time
