It's identical to Joe Mauer's and the Twins couldn't regret that contract anymore than they do. But Mauer was coming of an MVP season as a catcher.

Even his best numbers weren't over 30 HR's, never over 20 SB's, never batted over .300. He plays good defense and had one decent year. Nothing even close to 22+ mil a year or even fucking 15 mil. The way he's played this year he wasn't even worth a couple mil. He was the literally the worst bench player on the cubs. HAHAHAH
