Maddon is such a fucking idiot. He had his script in his head even though the last act was a pitcher he overworked the night before for no good reason. Starter is rolling? YANK HIM! Because that's the script! 2 runs. Closer is clearly arm-weary? To hell with that! He's going to do it for me!

He fucked the cubs the second he made that first pitching change. If your starter is cruising you go with him until there's a real good reason to pull him. Guess he wanted to make the point that this is his team or something. His ego did him in.
