I would sh#t my pants if the Bengals draft actually worked out this way but I doubt Cordy Glenn fall to the top of the 2nd Round. I know Casserly is a guru but thats just my opinion.

17) Cincinnati Bengals: Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame. Fills a big void opposite A.J. Green.

21) Cincinnati Bengals: David DeCastro, OG, Stanford. Far too good a player to pass up at this point and it fills a need in Cincy, too.

53) Cincinnati Bengals: Lamar Miller, RB, Miami. Cincinnati needs some speed in the backfield and Miller is a true home-run threat.

Absolutely no way possible DeCastro falls to 21. Floyd probably gone too.

how many of these "mock draft gurus" are simply just plagiarizing someone's work?

Perfection...Floyd and DeCastro are the guys I'm really hoping fall to 17. Can't see either making it to 21. Miller is the guy I want in the 2nd. More realistically (with some wishful thinking)...Floyd at 17, Glenn at 21 and Miller in the 2nd.

Too good to be true.... There wouldn't be a single fan around here to bitch about the draft - That could never happen.

We're going to end up with Kendall Wright, Janoris Jenkins, and a guard you never heard of.

This is the team that drafted Chris Perry.

This is the team where the owner insisted we draft Akili Smith, yet still insists he's competent enough that he doesn't need to hire a GM.

Its the very definition of insanity.

Just keep digging.

Yeah, all true. Every team has it's crap choices that they made in the draft, though. Especially if you're looking all the way back to the early 90's. All in all recently the drafts have much improved and actually make sense. Not that I use the pro bowl as a measuring stick but what, 4 players from the last 2 drafts went to the pro bowl? (Atkins, Gresham, Green, Dalton). I'd say Dunlap and Andre 'Precious' Smith both have elite ability and could break out this year. Shipley will be back and should have a productive career. I'm pretty critical of this organization when warranted but have no gripes with the recent drafts.

I'll be happy if they get either Floyd or DeCastro. Your scenario is one that would very much piss me off (could live with Jenkins in the 2nd though).
