Tedenby is moving up to the top line with Kovy and Zajac. I've been saying he needs to play with more skilled guys. If he can't produce with these 2 then I don't know if he'll ever live up to the potential.

I do like Zubrus on the 2nd line. I feel like he and Elias generally play well together.

one thing i would really like to see though is maybe give #15 a crack at the top 2 lines more steadily see what he really has. feel we wont be able to see what he really has until he gets out of the 4/3rd line jail. maybe some 2nd line pp time? only 3 games left to decide?

I would like to see Matteau park himself in front of the net on the PP. He's a big dude and could certainly do some damage. I hope he stays up even after Henrique gets back.

Yeah I agree that the style of Teds suits better with skilled/finese players around him.

Sounds pretty limited but it's the truth til proven otherwise....

Lets be patient with Tedenby. He is 22 years old.
Elias himself said after game 1 and after camp, Teds played good. He has skill.
Remember, and somebody on here mentioned it on a different post, Elias himself took time to become an NHL player. He came to NHL for a bit, next season played in minors with a few games in the NHL, etc. It took a while for him too.
Plus even when he was in the NHL, it took few years for him to put up great numbers. He wasn't an all star season 1.

I am more concerned with JJ and how fragile he seems. I dont get the Tedenby hate.

JJ has had some flukey injuries so hopefully he stays heslthy.

Teds I just wsnt to see him put up some points. He's played enough NHL games to atleast show something. Not saying he needs to be an all star but do enough to stay with the big boys.

He is prone to defensive/mental lapses. That part will improve. I agree, he needs to start putting up points and those lapses won't be talked about as much. I hope he clicks with Zajac and Kovy. Remember though, Parise didn't always do well with Kovalchuk.
Zajac might have his hands full hustling back on defense with these guys. Then again, offensively, this line might be fun to watch.

Tedenby is 22. It's not sink or swim time. Adam Henrique is OLDER than Teds. Just keeping things in perspective.

Like nasty said he really needs to put up points. It's not like he hasn't and isnt going to be given a chance. Just want to see the kid go after it

Dont think its do or die yet but with the type of player he is he MUST score or go down. He's obviously not a big physical player an he aint great on D so...
