Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck said a monthslong investigation led to the one-year suspension of coach Ime Udoka. Grousbeck added no decision has been made about Udoka's return.

If this additional information is true, I wouldn't be surprised if he was fired pretty soon. I think they just gave him the 1 year to stay safe, they can always just fire him at any point once all the info comes out and is discussed. Vogel is available
