Alright I understand it now, it averages each guys points per game over the week. Which means it doesn't make a damn how many games you play a week. I guess I can understand this but it just seems nuts to me. Just a different way of doing things I guess.
Here is the bottom line: Your theory of spreading the wealth doesn't work because I can get another G-F-C(already have to be honest) at 19 ppg + Lowry's 38.00 to = 57 points. Drummond at 17 + Boozer at 24.00 points per week to = 41. That is a 16 points per week loss. I might not be an expert in sports, but I audit numbers for living
Pau is listed as a Center as is Bosh... I have no way of changing that even though both play Forward, that is the problem I have... The problem you have is being crazy...
As of today...
Boozer - 17fppg
Drummond - 24.33fppg
Lowry 34.67
My guys = 41.33
Your guy = 34.67
Now I'm no auditor but 41.33 seems to be bigger than 34.67... My gamble is Lowry has to stay healthy... Your gamble is Boozer stepping up and Drummond gets better... I see Boozer at 23fppg at least and Drummond at 28fppg by Dec and through the rest of the season...
I might be crazy, but I am not crazy and stupid - if you think that your trade is better than crap as I have suggest, then tell me line up and what it should be and explain how it would be better, because If I lose Lowry, than I have to replace him with a scrub at 20 in the best possible case. I could replace the G-F-C with Drummond, but that only gives me 4 to 5 more points in that position and I lose 14 at the point guard and Boozer is not producing any better than what I already have.
Right now you got 1.33 point from your G-F-C... That's a bump of 23 pts
Gordon gave you 8.33 points at Forward... That's a bump of 8.67 pts
On your bench right now you have Blake... That's 17
24.33 + 17 + 17 = 58.33
34.67 + 8.33 + 1.33 = 44.67
That is assuming you use Blake... Boozer doesn't start picking up and Drummond doesn't improve... Again it's a risk for you that those goes don't brake out... It's a risk for me Lowry stays healthy...
